Green Chili Cream Cheese Salami Rolls
Sliced Salami from the deli counter about 1/2-3/4 pound thin sliced
1 8oz package cream cheese (I used the Greek yogurt cream cheese)
1 small can diced green chilies drained.
small 1/4c or so handful of shredded cheese if the liquid from the chilies make the cream cheese thin
toothpicks
1. Mix softened cream cheese w/ the chilies and cheese.
2. Lay out your salami and place 1-1.5 TBS of cream cheese mixture
3. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Tah Dah! So good. I can't get the photo to load for some reason so enjoy a Bigfoot statue from our local produce market.
