These are seriously the best.
Ranch mashed cauliflower.
Riced cauliflower. Cook in the microwave until tender. Then dump in a pot and stir on medium until the water has evaporated. Add in a little salt and pepper. A little parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, and the powdered ranch to taste. Mix mix mix. Take out and pulse in your blender until smooth.
So easy. So good.
